What are the advantages of online meetings?
Online meetings enable real-time collaboration, increase productivity, save time, and help people who are working remotely feel less isolated and more engaged. If participants in a group web conference don’t feel like being on camera, they can always opt to turn it off and just leave their microphone on. Some online meeting platforms even allow people to blur or change their background to help protect their privacy without losing the ability to connect face to face.
What is an agent and how does it work with Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Agent is an industry standard term commonly used to describe AIs. Customers can build agents in Copilot Studio and publish them to other platforms to improve their organization’s business processes. Agents built in Copilot Studio can be added to Microsoft 365 Copilot to give Copilot access to new knowledge and skills and to execute processes on your behalf. The ability to build and add Copilot agents to Microsoft 365 Copilot is included in the Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
Can I bring my own calling plan?
Yes, customers can work with their Microsoft partner to bring their own calling plan. A configuration called Direct Routing allows customers to connect voice trunks directly from their network to Teams or interconnect other telephony entities, such as call centers or analog devices.
Microsoft Teams Phone Standard is a standalone subscription (without a calling plan) that is specifically designed for this situation.
I'm concerned about the privacy of my Teams and channels. Can anyone access or see into my Teams?
Microsoft 365 global admins and Teams administrators can add themselves to Teams and SharePoint sites. This is the case for email access as well. There is no direct access to resources, and admins must explicitly assign permissions to themselves. These actions and activities will be logged in Azure/CipherCloud audit logs. Teams owners can review membership at will.
